Job Description:
As an Assembly Mechanic, you will work in day shifts assembling mobile tower cranes. You build complete (sub)systems based on technical drawings and work with various technologies. Depending on your knowledge and experience, you will work in one of the teams, such as upper frames, masts & jibs, or trucks. With your technical insight, you ensure everything is assembled correctly, tested, and commissioned.
Building and adjusting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Assembling components such as drives, axles, cabins, and control systems.
Performing final inspections and troubleshooting.
Assisting with the start-up and programming of (sub)systems (for more experienced mechanics).
Background in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a similar field.
Experience with hydraulic and electrical work.
Ability to read technical drawings.
Technically skilled, quality- and results-oriented.
Overhead crane certificate is a plus (or willingness to obtain one).
Communicative level of English required.
