Bench Fitter – Steel Constructions

• Job Description:
  This company (approx. 70 employees) produces high-quality steel constructions for the construction industry.
• We are looking for skilled bench fitters who can work accurately and responsibly. Tasks include reading construction drawings, assembling steel structures, and MIG/MAG welding.
• Responsibilities:
  • Reading and interpreting technical construction drawings
  • Assembling steel structures based on drawings
  • MIG/MAG welding
  • Ensuring precision and high-quality standards
• Work Time:
  Daytime, 40 h/week minimum
  Overtime possible (up to 50+ h/week)
• Salary:
  €550–575 netto/week (40 h)
  €675–704 netto/week (50 h)
  • Bruto: €18.00–€19.00/h
  • Extra (on first 40 h): €0.92–€0.97/h
  • Estimated netto/h: €17.00–€17.50
• Experience:
  Skilled

Additional Info:
• Valid WPQ welding qualification preferred (or willingness to obtain it)
• Experience with MIG/MAG in steel construction required
• Ability to read technical drawings independently
• Language: Good English
• Driving license: Yes
• Own car: Preferably yes
• Accommodation: €135/week (single room)
• Health insurance: €38.01/week
• Holiday reservation: 8% on first 40 h
• Pension: 8% on top of salary
• Travelling: €0.23/km or agency car (-€30/week + fuel)
