Job Description:
De Boer Dakcoveren was founded in 1992 and has grown into a renowned roofing company with a close-knit team of expert employees. We operate nationwide and have a diverse client base: from contractors and businesses to individuals and healthcare institutions. As an apprentice roofer, you'll join a successful organization with a pleasant work atmosphere and direct communication. As a flat roofer, your job is to remove old roof layers, install new roofing, and repair any defects. You'll primarily work with bitumen and synthetic roofing. As an experienced roofer, you're familiar with the correct techniques and tools required for this work. Your duties include: Removing old roof layers according to prescribed procedures; Applying various types of roofing, such as bitumen and synthetic; Repairing any problems or damage to the roof; Ensuring a safe working environment and complying with safety regulations.
At least 5 years of experience as a roofer. You can work independently.
Training as a roofer is a big advantage.
You are familiar with bitumen and synthetic roofing.
Prepared to obtain a VCA certificate (1-day course).
