You will work with a 3, 4 or 5-axis milling machine. You work on small series of max. 40 pieces with the most diverse exotic materials. The precise complex products or parts range from 30 mm to a maximum of 6000 mm.
What you will be doing:
Independently produce highly accurate, complex products or parts on CNC milling machines based on drawings, production data or instructions.
Interim checking of quality and product requirements using the auxiliary tools.
Together with the other CNC Millers, draw up a detailed planning based on the main planning drawn up.
Determining the tool choice and the capabilities of the machine: rotational speeds, feed rates and cutting speeds based on the geometric characteristics of the product.
Thinking about the most efficient production process possible.
Several years of experience with a 3-axis milling machine on Heidenhain.
Knowledge and experience in reading technical drawings.
Knowledge or interest in cutting and coolants.
Speak and understand English on a communicative / good level.
Able to program the machine independently.
