CNC Operator – Window Frames

Job Description:
CNC Operator – 4-Axis Milling (Aluminum)
We are looking for CNC operators who can work with a logical, well-structured program. Experience with this specific type of machine is a plus, but not required.
If someone has experience with CNC milling machines and has worked on window frames, they are more than welcome to apply!
We use a 4-axis CNC milling machine, where the A-axis is the rotating one. Around 95% of the work is with aluminum.

Responsibilities:
• Operate 4-axis CNC milling machines (A-axis movement)
• Work with aluminum window frame profiles
• Read and follow technical drawings
• Maintain precision tolerances (0.01 mm)
• Use machines: Emmegi, Mecal, Schuco
• Follow logical programs and perform accurate milling

• Work Time:
  40 h/week, dayshift (start between 06:00–10:00 depending on schedule)
• Salary:
  €550 netto/week
• Experience:
  Skilled
