As a CNC Operator at NTS Helmond, you'll work in a specialized and unique production environment where primarily large blocks of natural granite, as well as steel parts, are machined into extremely precise components. These form the basis for modules in high-tech (measuring) machines for the semiconductor industry, among others. NTS Helmond is one of the few companies in Europe that masters this craftsmanship. You'll be part of a unique production process unlike any other. The focus is on CNC machining, but you'll also occasionally perform conventional machining. Your precision, independence, and technical expertise ensure that colleagues and clients can rely on your work and expertise.
Set up, operate, and adjust CNC machining machines and conventional machining tasks; Check product dimensions and quality and identify any deviations; Move materials using lifting and transport equipment and perform minor maintenance on machines and tools; Process production and time recording according to applicable procedures; Ensure a clean and tidy workspace/environment at all times; Consult with the supervisor about progress and actively contribute and brainstorm improvements to the production process.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
You're open to go for a personal meeting at this company.
You have your DL, preferably, you have your own car.
Experience with operating and configuring CNC machines; knowledge of Heidenhain, Siemens, and/or Fanuc controls.
You have a vocational (MBO) work and thinking level.
You work independently, accurately, and are a real go-getter.
You speak good English.
