CNC Turner

Job Description:
BDM B.V. specializes in the design, development and manufacture of ultra-precision bearings and custom high-precision components. Their customers include those in the semiconductor, machine construction, medical, and space industries. They deliver components with exceptional precision, working in sub-micron ranges, using hydrodynamic CNC turning machines (Hembrug) and state-of-the-art measuring systems (e.g. Mahr LD120, MMQ400).

Responsibilities:
• Work with Fanuc (90%) and Heidenhain (10%) control systems
• Write and modify CNC turning programs independently
• Produce single parts and small series
• Work with stainless steel, aluminum, and plastics
• Use measuring tools to maintain tolerances within 5 microns
• Take ownership of full process, not just operate machinery

• Work Time:
  Monday–Thursday 07:45–16:30 (45 min break)
  Friday until 14:30
  Occasionally earlier or later
• Salary:
  €600 netto/week (40 h)
• Experience:
  Skilled
