Crate Sorter

• Job Description:
  Work is performed in a chilled environment (~3–5°C) at a major logistics company specializing in fresh produce distribution.
• Responsibilities:
  • Unloading containers with empty crates and transport trolleys
  • Placing crates and trolleys onto the production line
  • Sorting crates by size and type
  • Supporting production flow by preparing and organizing crates
• Work Time:
  Shifts:
  • Morning: 06:00–15:00
  • Evening: 16:00–01:00
  Sometimes work on Saturday and Sunday
  40 h/week, overtime possible
• Salary(after tax and accommodation):
  €14.40 gross/hour
  Shift allowances:
  • Mon–Fri 19:00–23:00 → 125%
  • Mon–Fri 23:00–06:00 → 140%
  • Saturday 15:00–23:00 → 125%
  • Saturday 23:00–24:00 → 200%
  • Saturday 00:00–06:00 → 140%
• Experience:
  Entry

• No prior experience required, but must be physically fit
• Comfortable working at 3–5°C
• Flexible mentality required (early mornings, late evenings, weekends)
• Language: English (A2/B1)
• Driving license: Yes (based on company need)
• Own car: Not required, but can be asked to drive company car
• Accommodation: €130/week (2-person room)
• Health insurance: €38.02/week
• Safety shoes with steel nose required (own or provided)
• Transport: Free. Bicycle if <10 km, company car if >10 km
• Own sleeping room: No (shared room)
