- Job Description:
This is a large chicken processing factory (~600 employees). Slaughter is not done on-site – the factory receives chicken parts and converts them into end products. - The company is stable and offers long-term employment with a possibility of a direct contract after 12 months.
- In this position, you will operate a machine that washes crates. You are responsible for proper machine setup, cleanliness, performance, and documenting its quality output.
- Responsibilities:
• Solving basic machine malfunctions (technical service handles complex issues)
• Installing and optimizing the machine for production
• Shortening machine conversion time
• Completing quality documentation
• Informing production leader of machine issues
• Keeping environment clean and organized
• Thinking proactively to improve performance
• Signaling and documenting abnormalities - Work Time:
15:30–01:00 (evening shift), 40 h/week
Overtime: 2–5 h/week possible - Salary:
€595 netto/week (40 h)
• Bruto: €17.65/h
• Extra: €1.04/h on first 40 h
