Finisher – Blowmoulding Machine

• Job Description:
  This company produces hollow plastic products. As a Finisher, your main tasks involve post-processing of items made by blowmoulding machines. The role is partly machine operation, but mainly focused on repetitive finishing tasks.
• Responsibilities:
  • Finishing plastic products produced by blowing machines
  • Removing burrs using hand tools
  • Trimming by machine
  • Adding rubber rings or parts if needed
  • Visual inspection for defects
  • Replenishing raw materials
  • Packing finished products
  • Grinding residual/rejected parts
  • Fixing minor malfunctions
  • Assisting with more complex issues
  • Recording production data
  • Maintaining cleanliness and following safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Work Time:
  3-shift rotation, weekly switch:
  • 06:00–14:00
  • 14:00–22:00
  • 22:00–06:00
  38 h/week, overtime sometimes
• Salary:
  €490 netto/week (38 h)
  • Bruto: €17.93/h
  • Estimated netto/hour: €17.48
  • Holiday reservation: 8% on first 40 h
  • Pension: 8% on top of salary
• Experience:
  Skilled
