Job Description:
As an Injection Molding Machine Operator at Pekago Covering Technology, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and operating advanced injection molding machinery.
You'll be responsible for ensuring optimal production quality, minimizing waste and adhering to strict safety protocols.
Your duties involve setting up and adjusting equipment, troubleshooting issues, and conducting regular maintenance checks.
Collaboration with other departments is essential to streamline processes and maintain efficiency. It's a hands-on position that requires attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards within our dynamic production environment.
• Assembling/disassembling existing molds during maintenance.
• Inspecting, repairing and optimizing molds and their components.
• Ensuring that the Injection Molding Department has the correct molds and auxiliary tools on time.
• Replacing mold components as needed.
• Responsibility for resolving any malfunctions.
