Responsibilities:
• Machining rods used in hydraulic cylinders according to technical drawings
• Operating laser cladding machines in the production facility
• Interpreting laser cladding parameters and adjusting settings accordingly
• Using precise measurement instruments to ensure product quality
• Performing first-line maintenance on production machines
• Ensuring a safe and organized working environment
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to process improvement initiatives
• Working flexibly in 2- or 3-shift arrangements or in day shifts, depending on planning

• Work Time:
  2 or 3 shifts (or day shift depending on planning)
• Salary:
  €620 netto/week (2 shifts)
  €650 netto/week (3 shifts)
• Experience:
  Skilled
