Job Description:
Royal Smilde Foods proudly produces margarines, oils, and fats that are enjoyed all over the world. The company's head office is also located here. The Production Employee is present at all production locations. Setting up machines; Carrying out assigned tasks carefully; Seeing the results of your work right away; Working at different stations with different tasks; Following clear instructions; Spotting quality problems and fixing them if possible, or reporting to the operator; Fixing minor problems with your own equipment; Asking the operator or maintenance team for help with bigger problems; Taking part in small improvement teams Helping and guiding temporary workers and new team members.
Monday to Thursday
Early shift: 05:30 – 14:00
Late shift: 14:00 – 22:30
Night shift: 22:30 – 05:30
Friday
05:30 – 12:00
12:00 – 18:00
18:00 – 22:30
Weekends always off.
Willingness to work in a three-shift or two-shift system.
Note: Not all production lines operate on a three-shift schedule. It is important to clarify this in advance.
€14.65 gross hourly wage
3% bonus: €0.44
ADV surcharge: €0.90
Total hourly wage: €15.99
2-shifts 13.54 % surcharge
3-shifts 18.70 % surcharge
Good communication skills in English or Dutch.
Experience in a similar position.
Driving license.
Knowledge of logistics operations.
