- Job Description:
This is one of the largest kitchen factories in Europe (56,000 m², ~400 employees). - As a Shunter, you are responsible for the safe and timely movement of trailers on the company’s premises. Your goal is to position the correct trailers at the right docks on time and ensure smooth, safe loading. You will also handle load securing, document checking, and transport readiness.
- Responsibilities:
• Receive and check loading documents and trailer lists
• Move loaded/empty trailers to the right docks or parking area
• Operate terminal tractor and transport equipment
• Place goods on the conveyor belt in correct order
• Load goods in proper sequence
• Tick off and verify loaded goods on documents
• Secure trailers/pallets (straps or foil)
• Report shortages or damage
• Finalize and hand over loading documents - Work Time:
• Minimum: 38.75 h/week
• Overtime: optional, ~4 h/week (can vary from 0 to 10+) - Salary(after tax and accommodation):
€544–600 netto/week
• Bruto: €15.77/h
