• Job Description:
      On the production site in Ommel (~700 employees), incoming chicken cuts are processed into over 200 raw and cooked products. No slaughtering is done on-site.
    • As a Team Leader, you will be in charge of a department with multiple production lines, directly managing 10 line operators and indirectly supervising 90 staff members. The position operates in a 2-shift system.
    • Responsibilities:
      • Ensure production goals are met on time and according to food safety standards
      • Implement personnel policy and training
      • Promote hygiene and safety on the shop floor
      • Coordinate technical issues and maintenance
      • Analyze and report on production metrics
      • Report to the production manager
    • Work Time:
      Shifts:
      • 06:00–15:30
      • 15:30–01:00
      45 h/week, overtime expected
    • Salary:
      €625–690 netto/week (40–45 h)
      • Bruto: €18.90 + €0.97 extra + 112.5% shift allowance = €21.23/h
      • Netto: ~€18.70/h (based on 45 h)
