Job Description: On the production site in Ommel (~700 employees), incoming chicken cuts are processed into over 200 raw and cooked products. No slaughtering is done on-site.
As a Team Leader, you will be in charge of a department with multiple production lines, directly managing 10 line operators and indirectly supervising 90 staff members. The position operates in a 2-shift system.
Responsibilities: • Ensure production goals are met on time and according to food safety standards • Implement personnel policy and training • Promote hygiene and safety on the shop floor • Coordinate technical issues and maintenance • Analyze and report on production metrics • Report to the production manager
