Job Description:
Many different constructions are made at Van Hengstum., Made from steel or stainless steel plate metal. The components are shown on the basis of drawings composed, checked, completely weld and if necessary aligned. This concerns both small and large series, which means the work is often varied. This variety makes the work fun, but it also requires broad experience in the field of assembly and welding. After starting work, the welders are given time to settle in. Each welder at Van Hengstum has their own workplace, complete with a practical table, welding machines and all the necessary tools to perform the work as well as possible. The final quality of the welded workpieces is therefore high, both in terms of dimensions and welding.
Experience TIG welding/Assembling in stainless steel.
Reading technical drawing.
Can build - assemble constructions by themselves.
Assembling - welding - grinding.
Must speak and understand good English.
Good attitude and behaviour.
2-3 mm.
