Job Description:
You will be working at a specialized metalworking company in the Waspik region. This is not a mass production company — it is about customization. The orders are diverse and the products are made for customers in various sectors, including the food industry, interior construction, mechanical engineering, and frame construction.
The company primarily works with thin stainless steel and aluminum and has laser cutting as its core activity, supplemented with edging, setting, and welding. Quality and precision are paramount — each product is made with attention to detail.
It is a well-organized work environment where craftsmanship is valued, and you as an experienced edge operator can immediately make your mark.
As a CNC Bending Machine Operator, you are responsible for independently setting up and operating the bending machine. You will receive a technical drawing and fully translate it into a set machine and a final product that meets the exact specifications. You set up the machine from scratch — without pre-programmed default settings for repetitive orders.
The products change regularly, which means you need to be flexible, quick to adapt, and able to read the drawing well. After a short training period, you are expected to work independently. You will be working with thin stainless steel, which requires precision and a feel for the material.
This is a position for an experienced bending machine operator who enjoys variety and challenge, and who takes pride in the final product that leaves their hands.
