Job Description:
We are looking for motivated Production Workers for different long-term production projects in the Netherlands.
Open positions are available in various industries, depending on the project, including:
- Food production
- Meat processing
- Poultry production
- Vegetable and fruit processing
- Flower and plant production
- Bakery production
- Dairy production
- Packaging and logistics
- Machine operating
- Production lines
- General manufacturing
Depending on the project, your daily tasks may include:
- Operating production machines
- Working on production lines
- Packing and labeling products
- Sorting flowers, plants, vegetables, fruits, or food products
- Quality control and inspections
- Preparing products for shipment
- Supplying raw materials to production lines
- Maintaining hygiene and safety standards
- Cleaning and maintaining the workplace
Work environments may include food factories, meat processing plants, vegetable and fruit production, flower and plant greenhouses, bakeries, industrial manufacturing, logistics, and other production facilities.
Work Time:
- Day shift, afternoon shift, night shift, or rotating shifts depending on the project
- 40+ hours per week
- Overtime often possible
Salary:
- €15.00 – €20.00 gross/hour depending on the project and shift allowances
Experience:
- Previous production experience is a plus but not always required
- Experience with food production, flower production, machine operating, packing, or manufacturing is an advantage
- Good work attitude and motivation
- Ability to work in a team
- English communicative level required
- Driver's license is a plus for some projects
- Long-term candidates preferred
