Job Description:

You will be working for a large and stable producer in the food industry, with hundreds of employees. In this factory, no chickens are slaughtered; the company processes supplied products into high-quality end products for the food industry.

As an operator, you are responsible for a stable and efficient production process. You set up machines, monitor progress, and intervene when necessary. You ensure that production continues and that the quality of the product is always up to standard.

You perform quality checks, prevent waste, and actively contribute to process improvements. You resolve minor malfunctions yourself, while for larger technical problems, you involve the technical service. Additionally, you collaborate with colleagues and provide support where needed on the shop floor.

You are frequently on the move and have a responsible role within the production line. Depending on the department, you work either in day shifts or in shift work (without night shifts).

Your tasks include:

  • Setting up and modifying machines
  • Solving minor malfunctions
  • Checking product quality
  • Monitoring the production process
  • Recording production and quality data

Work Time:

  • Minimum 40 hours per week, possibility of overtime (up to 50 hours)
  • Depending on the department, you work either in day shifts or in shift work (without night shifts)

Salary:

  • Starting salary of €17.65 gross/hour
  • Extra ADV allowance of 5.77% on the first 40 hours
  • Shift allowance: 112.5% (if applicable)
  • 8% holiday allowance (paid weekly)
  • Travel allowance (€0.18/km, max. €9/day)

Experience:

  • You have experience as an operator or in production (preferably food).
  • You are technically minded and can analyze malfunctions.
  • You work accurately and according to hygiene regulations.
  • You are proactive and think in solutions.
  • You are available for long-term work.
  • You speak good Dutch and/or English.

  • Category B driver's license required
