Job Description:
We are looking for experienced Truck Mechanics for different long-term projects in the Netherlands.
You will be responsible for maintenance, diagnostics, and repair work on trucks and commercial vehicles. Projects are available with clients in multiple locations, including the Amsterdam area, Venlo, Eindhoven, and Rotterdam.
Work includes maintaining vehicles in good technical condition, diagnosing faults, and carrying out repairs according to workshop standards and safety regulations.
Tasks:
- Performing maintenance and repair work on trucks
- Diagnosing technical and mechanical faults
- Working on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Using diagnostic equipment and workshop tools
- Replacing defective parts and components
- Maintaining quality and safety standards
- Collaborating with workshop teams
Work Time:
- 40-60 hours per week depending on the client
- Most clients cap working hours at 40 hours per week
- Standard work rotation: 8 weeks working / 2 weeks home
- Optional work rotation: 3 months working / 3 weeks home
Salary:
- Average salary: €600-625 net/week after accommodation, taxes, and insurance
Experience:
- Experience as a truck mechanic required
- Experience with diagnostics and repair work
- Ability to work independently
- Good technical understanding
- Category B license required
