Job Description:
We are looking for experienced Workshop Carpenters for long-term projects in the Netherlands.
Projects involve the production and assembly of prefab timber constructions, chalets, tiny houses, timber frame structures (HSB), walls, floors, roofs, and interior wooden elements. Work is performed in modern and well-equipped workshops using professional tools, machinery, and technical drawings.
You will work on custom-made construction projects from raw materials to finished products, together with professional carpenters and technical teams.
Daily tasks may include:
- Timber frame construction
- Assembling prefab walls, floors, and roof elements
- Reading and working from technical drawings
- Cutting and processing wooden materials
- Assembly and finishing work
- Working with woodworking machines and hand tools
- Quality control and measurements
- Maintaining clean and safe working environment
Projects can include:
- Tiny houses
- Recreational chalets
- Prefab housing elements
- Renovation and remodeling projects
- Timber frame construction systems
Work Time:
- Day shift
- 37.5 – 40+ hours per week
- Overtime possible depending on project
Salary:
- From €550 net/week depending on experience and project
Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience as a workshop carpenter or timber frame carpenter preferred.
- Ability to read and work from technical drawings.
- Experience with woodworking tools and machinery.
- Accurate, independent, and solution-oriented working attitude.
- Good communication skills in English or Dutch.
